Hull  and  superstructure :

Hull, superstructures, deckhouse  structure, mast and  service platforms, seating  and  foundations  are  completed  and  were  tested.

Hull, superstructures, dechouse structure, seatings  and  foundations  are  finished  and  were  tested  completly. Mast  and  service  platforms  are  abt. 80% ready

The  hull  is  finished.

Superstructues  and  deckhose  structure  is  completed  at  70 %.

Except  from  seatings  and  foundations  for  main  engines, Diesel generator  sets, reduction  gears, clutches  and  the  forward  gun mount no  further  saetings  and  foundations  are  built in.

The  hull, apart from the  fitting  of  the  longitudinal  bulkheads is  finished.

Foundations  for  the  propulsion  plant  are  finished  at  70 %, those  of  the  electrical plants  are  completed  at 30 %.

The  deckhouse  structure, mast  and  service  platforms  are  not  made. 

Propulsion plant

3 x Main  engines  type M520/3970 kW, reduction gears clutches, shaftings and  propellers  are  completed. Machinery plant  central control systems, propulsion  systems  are    at 90 %.

The  shaftings, shaft  bearings  and  the  propellers  are  installed  completly.

Propulsion  support  systems  are  installed  partly ( at abt. 40 %).

The  ship is  not  fitted  with  main  engines, reduction  gears  and  clutches.

Except  from the  shaft  bearings  no  plants  of  the  propulsion  system  are  installed.

Installation work  has not  started

Electrical plant

Diesel  genarator  sets, main switchboards, switchboards, swith gears  and  panels  are  installed.

All  cables  are  layed. Connections  of  the  cables  between  the  electrical plants  and  electrical  users  were  completed  at 20 % to 40 %.

All  cables  are  layed.Dieselgenerator  sets, main  switchboards, switchgears  and  panels are  on  board  to  a  minor part.

Installation work has  not  startsed.

Command  and  surveillance

The  installation  works  were  started, but  finished to  a  minor part  only.

The  systems are  not installed on  this  ship.

Auxiliary systems

Pumps, piping systems, air  ducts, potable  water generation  and  anchor handling equipment are  finished at 75 %.

Mooring/towing  systems  and  steering system are  finished.

The  mooring system and  rails are  completed. The  steering  system  is not  installed.

Pumps, piping  systems, air  ducts, towing  system, anchor handling equipment  is  finished at abt. 50 %.

The  mooring/towing system  is  built in at abt. 50 %.

All other equipment  is  not  installed.

Installation  work  has  not start  except  from  the  partly  built  in  mooring and  towing systems.

Outfit  and  accomodation

Hull  designating & marking, rails, deck covers,

Ladders, doors, windows, cathodic protection  devices  and  appendages  are  mounted  completely.

Insulation  on  the  ship’s  hull  is  almoust finished.

Refrigerated spaces, galley  and  electronic  control centre  are  finished  at  approx  75 %. The  other rooms  are  furnished  at  a  minor  part only.

Hull  designating&marking, rails, deck covers, ladders, doors, windows, cathodic protection  devices  and  appendages  are  mounted  completly.

Insulation of  the  ship’s hull  is  finished at 85 %.

Living, service and  working  spaces are  not  built  in.

Appendages  and  rails  on  the  hull  are  mounted.

All other  outfits  and  accomodations  are  not  installed.

Apart  from  the  rails  on  the  main  deck  no outfit  and  accomodation exists  on  board.
