Originally m.v. Fram is a fishing cutter which is completely rebuild in 1980 as a motor yacht.
This is done by architecture of the Dutch famous architect mr. P.Beeldsnijder.
In 2005 m.s. Fram has had a complete refit.
The ship kept his authentic character as well as inside as outside, inside wood is teak.

m.v. Fram is very suitable to make long sea trips. It is a robust ship with a steel Casco from 8mm and aluminium wheelhouse. It has a fuel capacity of 18.000 litre and a drink water capacity of 11.000 litre.
The whole ship has air conditioning, a heating system, 2 generators and all the navigate and safety equipment which is necessary to sail around the world.

The ship is also very comfortable and suitable to live on it permanent.
It has 5 cabins, 11 beds, 2 bathrooms and many cupboards and hiding places. The whole ship is very good isolated, specially for a cool climate.

Also diving trips are no problem. M.V. Fram has a diving compressor, removable diving stairs and 3 very big anchors with each 110 meters heavy chain.
